Gib Bulloch, Founder and CEO
Having spent 25 years in the corporate world, much of it heading up Accenture’s maverick “not-for-loss” social enterprise, Accenture Development Partnerships, Gib Bulloch left in 2016 to write his first book, The Intrapreneur: Confessions of a corporate insurgent. He currently writes, consults and speaks on a range of topics relating to purpose-driven business and is the Founder of the Craigberoch Business Decelerator.
Amelia Parisian, Director of Programmes, Lead Facilitator
Amelia Parisian is an educator, facilitator and coach with over 15 years of experience designing and leading programmes, courses, workshops, and trainings. Her diverse career has spanned from taking teams up cliffs and mountains in the outdoor industry, facilitating the arts, training up Social Entrepreneurs, and improving mental resilience in the corporate sector. Amelia loves to design and facilitate game-changing experiences for people from all walks of life.
Achim Arnold, Chief Commercial Officer
Achim works with our partners on aspirations and challenges in their organisations and ecosystems for improved impacts from boardroom to field. He brings diverse groups and cultures together to collaborate and grow while solving real challenges. Outside of craigberoch he leads the Systemic Coaching and Change Programme at a University, works in Business Human Rights and draws from 20 years of senior management and consulting experience in multiple industries and sectors. He is certified in holistic counselling, systemic coaching, change management.
Amanda Farquhar-Scott, Bute Events Manager
Amanda Farquhar-Scott is an organiser and problem solver. She is a ‘people person’ who loves to create environments and situations that make people feel good about themselves. When not busy working she decelerates peacefully in the design, contemplation and creation of stained glass panels.CAST

The cast includes more traditional coaches who have expertise in areas such as neuroscience and the latest in thinking on management and leadership development. Each event offers a creative nexus between the business world and the artistic world.

Kate
Kate supports our Decelerator events the Isle of Bute. Having lived on the island for many years, Bute is close to her heart. Kate is also a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic medicine consultant with a passion for health and wellbeing. When not working you will find her out and about on the island foraging for medicinal plants with 2 large dogs in tow. Kate trained professionally as a dancer and following a decade of working in theatre began a new career as a presenter and reporter. For Kate moving from the South of England to living and working in rural Scotland, close to the water is a dream come true.
Danny Balla
Danny is a creative facilitator based in Bristol and is committed to empowering people through the arts and in nurturing ecological resurgence. He has over 20 years experience as a theatre director, a creator of participatory arts projects and as a professional trainer and facilitator.
John Zimmer
John is an internationally recognised expert on public speaking. He gives keynote speeches, moderates events and helps his clients communicate more effectively. He teaches in Executive MBA programs at several prestigious universities, and has been a career lawyer with a major Canadian law firm and the United Nations. John is also a TEDx Speaker and the co-creator of Rhetoric – The Public Speaking GameTM, the world’s first public speaking game. He writes a leading blog in the field of public speaking: Manner of Speaking.
Viki Lazar
Viki is a performer, teacher, and facilitator who has been passionate about improv and theatre for over 20 years. Onstage and off with the Renegade Saints, her improv collective based in Switzerland, Viki loves helping the shy kids come out of their shells and discover the power of co-creating new worlds through performance. Nowadays she brings her improv toolkit to the corporate world to improve creativity, communication, and collaboration in teams.
Michael Matania
Michael is the founder of Tough Cookie. His background is in mental health where he designed and delivered various frontline programmes for the national mental health charity Mind. Following his recovery from psychosis as a teenager, Michael went on to specialise in preventing mental health problems through building mental resilience. Michael’s key achievements include co-creating the UK’s biggest peer-led mental resilience programme, establishing a professional network for Time to Change, the UK’s biggest mental health campaign, and co-designing Mind’s Whole School Approach national mental health strategy for schools.
Emma Ryan
Emma is a Yoga Alliance (USA) Hatha/Ashtanga certified yoga teacher, and runs her own yoga business, Emma Ryan Yoga for Sport, in the South of England. She specialises in teaching yoga to help sports people, and runners in particular, to reach their full potential without the fear of injury holding them back. Emma has also developed a Beginner Runner & Yoga Course to train beginners to run to 5km.
Jessica Herriot
Jessica’s childhood was spent on a family farm on the small island of Inchmarnock, off the west coast of Bute. She is passionate about Bute’s archaeology, woodlands, botany and local history. With a keen interest in esoteric studies, Jessica enjoys many forms of creativity including ceramics and painting. For over 20 years Jessica has been involved with local schools, delivering outdoor projects and events. Jessica established Wood Watch Heritage Bute with Gordon Stevenson. Jessica currently works on community engagement at Bute Forest, where she introduces adults and children to the value and diversity of woodlands.
Gordon T Stevenson
After a rewarding career in computer software, having travelled and worked mainly with American corporations, Gordon returned to Bute 1993 and retrained in Heritage Woodwork, Woodland skills and Boatmaster qualifications. He has a strong interest in Celtic history and particularly folklore. Gordon also handcrafts a range of artefacts (crooks, knives, sgian dhubs) from locally sourced antler, horn and indigenous woods.
Jörg
Jörg is an artist, systemic consultant and has a deep passion for positive psychology. In his work he integrates the creative principles of art and uses artwork as part of his coaching work with clients. He is the founder of the company PParts, which specialises in digital learning solutions.
Bethan Harris
Bethan Harris is a campaigner and convener focused on bringing individuals, groups and sectors together to take action on social and environmental issues. Bethan brings her experience of nature based facilitation and peer coaching to the team and an unwavering enthusiasm for cold water swimming. Bethan became a mother during the pandemic and is currently navigating bridging the world of parenting and activism in ways that are resilient and regenerative.
Charles Hindley
Charles is a classically trained actor and singer. His work as an applied improvisation coach has seen him deliver workshops for individuals of all ages and across many different sectors. “Improv is about creating environments where every participant feels supported and encouraged to express themselves creatively, such that they may play dozens of versions of themselves within the space of a few short hours. Participants often leave my sessions with new, transferable games and techniques which they can map into their own working practice, lightening the mood and laughing heartily along the way.”
Dani Tonks
Dani is a Somatic Coach, creative consultant and movement facilitator for embodied and playful self expression, body positivity and nervous system resiliency. With 12+ years of experience with creatively leading groups, somatic and embodiment work she has developed a playful and sensitive approach in guiding and supporting folks from all walks of life. Outside the corporate world Dani coaches group movement classes and has a private clinic for 1:1 Somatic Coaching at Elevate Studio Bristol.
Marquis' McGee
Marquis’ McGee is a composer, multi-instrumentalist, and sound designer based in Geneva, Switzerland. When performing he utilises woodwinds, a stringed instrument called the Hatun Charango, and various other tools to create calming and peaceful soundscapes. You can hear more of his work through his website and/or on his debut e.p A Lore now available on all major streaming platforms.
Lydia Campbell
Lydia is a modern mystic and a bridger. She facilitates, coaches and consults on evolutionary projects around the world applying ancient Celtic wisdom to contemporary challenges and opportunities. Lydia brings her decade of experience midwifing transformational development programmes for thousands of people globally to Craigberoch’s coaching and integration programme, supporting them after they leave the Isle of Bute and return to their daily lives.
Marina Kurikhina
Marina helps people to reach their dreams and goals, to achieve clarity she teaches them how to work with their subconscious mind and how to get into a creative flow. She helps them to get to the next level and cut through limiting inner conditioning. After studying product design in London she pivoted to train in Human Potential modalities, developing programs that were taught at the Esalen Institute and California State University. Marina is the founder of Creative Subconscious.
Tim Pianist
Tim is a classically trained composer, pianist, and educator based in the southwest of England. His work spans across theatre, film and tv, concert music, and installations. At the heart of his musical practice is the exploration of improvisation and collaboration, working with people across a broad range of backgrounds to explore music as a force for positive change. Tim has worked with a wide range of clients including the BBC, The English National Opera, and Amazon. He spent his formative years studying at Trinity College Of Music and The Royal College of Music.
Sarah Jane
Sarah Jane is a professionally trained traditional upholsterer running her own upholstery business for over 12 years. Initially based in South West London Sarah Jane returned to the Isle of Bute, her childhood home, last summer. Working from her home studio she restores, revives and re-upholsters client’s family treasures, charity shop finds and high street purchases. In 2019 she had an idea to create her own repeat designs on textiles. Using original artwork by her childhood art teacher and family friend, Lyn Bulloch (Gib Bulloch’s father), the scenic illustrative designs of The Bulloch Collection were born. Sarah looks forward to sharing her love of furniture restoration and textiles with those visiting the Island.
Peter Koenig
Peter Koenig has been developing advanced tools and systems for conscious leaders since the 1980s. Notably related to money, realisation of life purpose, organisation and succession. He is latterly inventor of the term transforlution, the process of transformation and perpetual evolution towards solutions in accordance with Nature. Peter is an expert in Seminal Thinking, Behavioural Finance, Organisational Architecture.
Ray Beverley
Ray is a furniture maker on the stunning Isle of Bute. Initially he had a career in investment banking, but changed direction 30 years ago to enjoy the slower pace in the workshop. For the past 20 years, he has been producing all kinds of bespoke pieces on the island. He loves the creativity and the way of life that working with wood gives him.
Kaori Fujii
Born in Tokyo and based in New York, Kaori Fujii is an internationally acclaimed flutist, educator, and social entrepreneur. She has performed, toured, and recorded with esteemed artists and orchestras worldwide, and has released eight albums, one of which was shortlisted for the Grammy Awards. Driven by her passion for effecting positive social change through music, Kaori founded Music Beyond, Inc. in 2014, a nonprofit organization dedicated to harnessing the transformative power of music to empower and uplift communities in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Ana Bernardes
Ana’s core work is to create spaces where people can grow. She guides learning journeys towards the development of inner leadership using awareness-based tools. By accessing body wisdom through conscious movement, somatic awareness and human connection, each person can promote the connection with oneself, improve the quality of relationships and rediscover creativity. Ana holds a degree in Psychology and is trained in Holistic Dance and Movement Pedagogy, Social Presencing Theater and Embodiment, which she combines with her experience of working in Business Consulting, Corporate Training, Event and Experience Design and Game Design, as well as 20 years of teaching social dances. Her path made her a believer that only by bringing more consciousness into organisations we can create a lasting impact in living a purposeful and balanced life, both individually and collectively.
Natalia Candebat Stepanova
A qualified Coach & Sophrologist, Certified Neuroscience for Business, Multimedia Artist. Natalia combines expertise in corporate well-being with a rich background in Arts, Neuroscience and Sophrology, guiding individuals to unlock potential through mindfulness and creativity. Natalia also serves as a consultant for the United Nations and brings her 13+ years of experience in private and public international sectors into her coaching programs.
